Beautiful Location!! Breathtaking views and Fun in the Sun Winter Spring Summer and Fall Sunset Harbor has it All, 1300 sq ft of Beach Theme Condo Life Awaits you in this 2+ bedroom 2.5 bath condo with extra living area with outside patio located on Lake Padre and close to the beach. Awesome location with shared boat slip makes it an amazing location to fish in the Packery Channel , Laguna Madre , Bird Island, Baffin Bay or take a trip out into the Gulf. Our condo sleeps a total of 9 with nice amenities throughout. Comfy furnishings and beach vibe.

Arrive to find everything you need in a vacation. Easy access into the condo with first unit from the road access. Main downstairs living area is tastefully decorated in beachy tones and nautical decor. Cozy furnishings allow you to unwind after a wonderful day at the beach. Eat in kitchen and bar seating to mingle together as your fresh caught fish is prepared in our well stocked kitchen.

Everything you need to make an entire meal for the family. Not wanting to lift a finger instead, no problem. Plenty of restaurants on the island to choose from. Many places with great food from sushi, steak, fish n chips, seafood, pizza, and even a Unique Coffee shop made out of shipping containers, On the Water dining under the Bridge and don't forget the ice cream. After dinner, send the kiddos upstairs for their own living area while the adults enjoy sitting outside on the patio. Upstairs you'll find the main bathroom, bedroom and master bedroom with walk in master bathroom and closet. The pool area is opposite the house and situated with a beautiful view of what we call Lake Padre. Dock the boat in one of our shared boat slips, take a swim in the pool then take an evening cruise out to the Lake Padre Canal or Packery Channel for a beautiful sunset.

Great family home!!

This is a wonderful place for the family. The 2 living spaces worked out perfect. The pool and patio deck are spacious. Don't forget your fishing pole!! Fish right under the deck. Thanks Sandra!!

Great location

We had a great weekend ecen with minor issues. The island had a power outage while we were there which made things interesting. Haha. The property owner was very sweet and had great response times for any questions. The condo was clean and comfortable and centrally located to many great amenities. The only thing that I wish would have been more clear is the parking situation. It was very tight since another family that was staying had a large party. The carport was not easily accessible for my wide vehicle with the other families vehicles and the owner of the property next door's dirt piles but we made it work. Otherwise it was a pretty decent stay and we would be happy to stay again.

Perfect Anniversary Weekend!

My husband and I booked the weekend getaway to celebrate our 15 year wedding anniversary. This home contributed to a perfect weekend trip! Everything in the home was luxurious and spacious! So clean and comfortable! It saddened us to leave but we plan on booking again!

Great place for a get away weekend plenty of spots to fish from around the area. 5 min drive to the beach plenty of restaurants around Docks and Snoopy to name a couple plenty more. Place was clean and very well maintained.

Great Get-away!

We enjoyed our stay here! Great location and access to water if you're bringing a boat along with you. Communication was excellent with property manager. Kids loved the beach toys available to use. We'd definitely stay here again. One thing to note, the boat slip was easy to use, and very accessible; however, the boat lift shown in the photos belongs to one particular owner and is not available for use.

Great property!

This was such a nice place to stay!! The condo was very clean and cozy and easily accommodated my family of 7. There was a small patio in the back, a balcony on top floor and plenty of bathrooms!! The rooms and bathrooms were very spacious had more than enough space to freely move around in upstairs loft. The property had everything you needed if you forgot anything from home and having a garage to park your car in was a plus!! Upstairs bathroom gave us a small issue and private walkway to beach was a good walk, but was still easy to go back and forth. We rented a cart and our cars barely moved all weekend, which was nice too!! Definitely a good place to rent for the weekend!!

Very Nice Trip!

This property had plenty of room and all the amenities needed for a comfortable visit, including beach towels and a washer/dryer. The condo was only a couple of blocks from the beach and it was easy to navigate the area. We fished from the dock behind the condo and caught a handful of croakers and small catfish. We had a great time!

Great stay, great location, great for sweet families

We had a wonderful stay the condo is right on the corner so a little more secluded then others but there are only about 6 there total so less traffic then most. The walls aren't super thin we never heard the neighbors which is a huge bonus for me. The pool was nice and clean and the deck area chairs were super comfy to watch my little crew on. The lower deck also has the green fish lights for fishing and we loved that! Lots of sweet moments to remember and laughter had there. The condo beds were all comfortable and clean. I am very picky I won't even stay in a hotel because of the turn over there and scared of bed bugs and fleas. Bathrooms were tidy and there are three so that was awesome. There are two comfortable family areas on both levels which I didn't realize how nice that was for settling down for the evening we all moved upstairs and watched some movies and played games to settle down the super excited little hearts. It's very nicely located right down from the beach so we had breakfast on the beach in the mornings and spent our evenings playing on the beach while daddy fished on and off at the packery channel. He got some really nice flounder! The communication from the manager and owner was on point and they were making sure we were well cared for and content with every aspect of our stay. If I had the slightest question it was answered quickly. Great little treasure tucked away in a safe area. We would gladly return.

1 minute drive to the beach. Love that the property had beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, etc. for us to enjoy. That is always a plus! The shower in the master is large and so enjoyable. Thank you for a great property.

Girls Trip

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very nice and close to the beach. Michele assisted us when the internet went out and had a new modem put in. Also the keypad to the front door went out and it was replaced by the time we arrived. I would hands down recommend this house and rent again.

GREAT Vacation Rental!!

This was a great place to stay! It was spacious, clean, beds were comfortable & the layout was perfect for the kids to have room to play separate from the adults. I would definitely stay here again! Just a few blocks to the beach, great community pool, awesome access to fishing in the channel & golf cart rental & grocery store was all within a mile or two.

Loved it!

The kids, my parents and my spouse and I enjoyed our stay here so much. The beach was super close to us! We loved that we were away from the main street traffic that we've seen built up before. The house was so cute and comfortable. The pics lead us to believe it was an attached private pool but it didn't matter to use once we saw how close it was! We enjoyed being able to bbq. The sofa bed was a little dirty and had a stain but we were able to put clean sheet and blankets on it. We all said we old love to stay here again. Can't wait to come back.
