Experience beach bliss at this luxe 2BR/2BA Port A condo. Designer coastal elements flow throughout the open layout, while two balconies offer delightful outdoor living space.

Located at the Palmilla Beach Resort, enjoy lavish amenities including convenient beach access, two amazing swimming pools that are heated during winter months, links-style golf course, fitness center, and on-site dining.

The beautifully appointed living room is furnished with a sofa bed, two armchairs, and a smart TV with full house Sonos stereo system. An open Netflix account is available for viewing your favorite movies! The well-equipped kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances. When it’s time to eat, gather at the dining table for six, or perch at the island for three.

Sweet dreams await on a king bed in the primary suite, complete with a TV and private balcony. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen and a twin bed and a cable TV. The bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

Enjoy the fresh coastal air on two balconies. Overlooking the resort, the main balcony has multiple seating areas including comfy lounge furniture, firepit, grill, and a four-seat table. The second balcony can be accessed via the master suite boasting two tall Adirondack chairs.

Parking Notes: Parking is first come first serve around the building. Parking is not allowed in spots marked for other units, vacant lots or in private driveways. Designated 202 parking is reserved for owner. Towing is enforced. Boats and trailers are not permitted on-site; however, parking is available nearby. Please consult with the Palmilla Beach Guest Services for details.

RESORT AMENITIES
Your wristbands provide access to an elegant resort-style pool (unheated and open year-round). Rent a private cabana to experience ultimate poolside luxury. You’ll also enjoy food service and air-conditioned bathrooms across the boardwalk at the groomed private beach! During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services.The newly redesigned Palmilla Beach golf course winds its way throughout the resort community. Carved from untamed dunes along the Gulf, this 9-hole course incorporates the best of links-style play with inspired greens and lush fairways. With a variety of tee boxes, the course will fit any player's current game.For on-site dining, you’ll find REDS Patio Bar, Black Marlin Seaside Grill, and the Agave Poolside Cantina.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, beach chairs, and toys are provided.Elevators are available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Relaxing Spring Break

Beautiful & clean condo with comfortable beds & great amenities! Loved all the kitchen appliances so we could cook anything we wanted (and make coffee!!). Great location (quiet area of the neighborhood) with easy access to golf, pools, beach and restaurants (both on the resort and in town). Would definitely stay here again!

Luxurious

I loved the place as soon as I walked in. Music was on lights and the welcome to the resort was quick and professional. The beach and pools incredible. Golf course worth every cent. The condo had everything you would need. Sonos system is Awesome, fire pit outside was so nice. The grill. I really liked the coffee, had a whole bean coffee grinder which you just don’t find normally. I will definitely book here again and often!

Good value

Good value on condo for a group of 5. Can stretch to six if you utilize the couch bed. Overall the finishes were nice, the beds were good, and the bathrooms were well maintained. The only real issue we had was that the air conditioner couldn't really get below 70 degrees and it was a little muggy in the unit. There were plenty of towels, the washer and dryer worked well, and the kitchen had what we needed to help us prepare the food we needed.

Property Great/Management Company Lacking

The location, condition and the extra availability of a golf cart and beach supplies were great! However, I had contacted the management company(Vacasa) prior to our stay asking if they had a blender and beach towels, they said the property had neither. No problem, I brought my own but discovered that they had both! Also each bathroom had towels, but no washcloths and only one hand towel per bathroom. They also had no dishtowels or dishwashing pods. Did email them to try and get additional supplies, but no resolution to the issues. Be sure to bring your own! Great property and would definitely stay there again!

Home Away From Home

Our stay @ We Be Beachin’ was absolutely lovely. Creature comforts were all accounted for. The home was beautiful and well maintained. The usage of the on-site golf cart made our stay so much more enjoyable. Easy commutes to the pool, beach & dinner were a highlight! Also, the daily rate of the We Be Beachin’ golf cart was competitively priced against the La Palmilla carts or the carts in Port A. Our family would definitely stay here again!

Perfect little getaway!

Wonderful stay with all the amenities you will need. Highly recommend getting storage unit so you don’t have to bring bikes, sand toys and body boards. We will definitely stay again!

VACASA needs to improve

VACASA is the management firm and needs improvement. The unit is FANTASTIC, short of the water damage/mold/odor that can easily be repaired/remediated. We were not able to use the guest room and living area due to the smell. Our guests were not able to stay and had to leave the property. We were able to use the wonderful master suite and patios. The unit is great, just need to work on the management issues. We reported the problems immediately, and nearly a week later are still waiting to hear from the guest experience department.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked this condo for a weekend stay and we were also attending a wedding at the resort. The location on the grounds is right at the entrance of the resort. Making it far from the pool, beach entrance, and restaurant. Too far to walk anywhere. We drove or you could rent a golf cart. The unit itself was very clean. It looked like a couple of windows had water damage and it did smell a little musky. I opened the window and doors and that helped. The unit had board games and towels for the pool and beach which was nice. Also, had chairs so you didn’t have to rent the resorts. The pool area was really nice and the kids enjoyed it. I would stay there again, but would rather stay at a place closer on the beach for the money it costs to rent it.

Nice condo-just a couple of issues

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this condo cause it has an elevator. Tuesday prior to check-in we were notified it was out. We had to lug 10 loads up 3 flights of stairs in 90+ heat with 90+ humidity. Afterward, I was soaked with sweat and needed to take a shower. Low and behold the hot water wasn't working. So I took a cold shower. No fun. Fortunately, for my family, I'm very handy and reset the water heater and never had an issue again. Lastly, there's a smell in the room. Like someone had smoked in it. Not sure if that's what it was but everyone noticed and our clothes smelled of it upon return to our homes. That being said. It's very nice and it was very clean. Also, it's very new.
