PARKING
Meridian HOA allows parking for 1 vehicle and 1 golf cart in the garage only at this rental. Vans and large trucks will not fit. Boats and trailers are not allowed. Towing is strictly enforced by the HOA. There is no overflow parking

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- A 2-night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and be present throughout the entire stay
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $25.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
