Perfect Spot!
The condo was a 2 minute drive to Whitecap Beach. Neighborhood was very quiet and clean. The condo had all the amenities and plenty of room for my adult children. Super clean and comfortable. Adding this one to our favorites!

Great condo, uncomfortable beds, awful check in
This condo is super cute and a great space for what we needed. It was pretty clean for the most part, however the beds were EXTREMELY hard and the master was actually some sort of inflatable or rubber mattress that squeaked and was incredibly uncomfortable. My biggest concern was our check in. I had been asking for weeks for an early check in, to which I was continuously told to check the morning of check in for availability. I got a message the night before offering a discounted stay to check in a day earlier, so obviously the home was available. I was denied early check in day of, then was not even provided check in instructions until almost two hours past standard check in time. My messages were not responded to and the phone line for existing reservations kept going to voicemail. I finally got a hold of someone when I selected the option to make a new booking (shocking, you answer for new customers but not the ones who have already paid you) and was told the home had been ready all day, oops here are your check in instructions. No apology or explanation. This was extremely upsetting as we were trying to coordinate multiple households after 8-10 hour drives from out of town. Unacceptable customer service, very disappointed in this aspect.

Good stay
The place is good although i think the house cleaners didn’t clean the place very well. The carpets still dirty because there’s a lot of spiky grass balls all over the floor and the carpet when we arrived. Most of us got hurt when we stepped on it. We got a little problem with the parking. It has only one reserved parking and we’re not allowed to use the garage.. what’s the garage for? We like the house in general.

The house was nice,neat, and equipped with all of the things needed for the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. The only thing that we had issues with was the glass front door. We kept getting locked in the house due to the glass front door not working properly. Also, it would have been great t to park in the garage. Overall we had a great vacation and would definitely rent this property again if we are planning another trip there.

We loved this property! It looked just like the pictures, and was very clean and decorated nicely. We used the grill (gas grill) on the patio both nights. Bath tub in master bedroom is huge and has jets! There is no direct path or walkway to the beach (it would be a short walk if you could cut through the back fenced in area), but it was a quick (less than 2 minute) drive to acess beach. Only complaint is we were not able to use the garage.
