Private 3 BR Stilt Home, Shared Pool, 5-minute drive to the Beach, Dogs OK!

Welcome to Port A Ocean Breeze! This 3 bedroom/2 bath house has everything you'll need for your next beach vacation. Port A Ocean Breeze is located in the Bella Vista community and features a community pool across the street. The location provides privacy and a more relaxed feel while still being only 10 minutes from downtown Port Aransas and 20 minutes to Corpus Christi.

The house is on pilings and features a large balcony for enjoying sunrise and sunset views, ample covered parking, a picnic area, and an outdoor fire pit. Inside, you'll be greeted with an open concept living/dining/kichen area with plenty of room for relaxing and entertaining. The living area has a flat-screen television, a sleeper sofa, and many windows to enjoy the views. On the other side is a dining area with seating for six guests and a full kitchen with an island, stainless appliances, and plenty of storage. Cable television and wireless interenet is included in your stay.

Down the hall you'll find the master suite with a king bed and a flat screen television. The attached bathroom features a double vanity and a walk-in shower. There are two additional bedrooms with queen beds and televisions. These bedrooms share another full bath with a bathtub/shower combination. There is also a laundry closet with a full-size washer and dryer.

The Port Aransas and Mustang Island beaches are just a few minutes away by car. Shopping, dining, and other attractions are nearby as well. When you return, take a dip in the community pool that's across the street from the house, unwind with a beverage on the front porch, or enjoy an evening around the backyard fire pit.

Port A Ocean Breeze is a dog-friendly property subject to weight and breed limitations. If you plan to bring a dog, please let us know so we can pre-approve your pet. We ask that dogs be kenneled if left alone in the house and that you clean up after your dog outside (we provide pet waste bags). There is a $75 per dog pet cleaning fee that covers your entire stay. If you are bringing a dog, please message us the breed, age and weight of your dog so we can pre-approve them. Unreported dogs will result in a $200 fee, and may result in immediate eviction without reimbursement for the entire reservation.

There is no smoking or vaping of any kind allowed in the house. Violations are subject to a $250 deep cleaning fee.

We had a family group 8 and we all thoroughly enjoyed our time at the house. House was very clean, check in/out process was easy. Great location. About 10 minutes from the town of Port A and just right down the road from Beach Access Road 2 made it very easy to load up and get to the beach. The house was clean and comfortably housed our family of 4 adults and 2 kids. Sadly, there is no direct access to the beach. Even though it is only a short drive, you need a car to get to the nearest beach access point.

Great house, exactly as described!

Finally a house that is exactly the size you need, is up to date, and is definitely clean. My wife and I stayed here with our beach loving dog for a quick getaway before Memorial Day. The check in process was terrific and it was so great to finally have a house that was exactly as it was described and looked in the pictures. Very well appointed kitchen, nice yard for the pup, and covered parking. Just under a mile to the drive on beach access and pretty much directly between Port A and Corpus Christi making it a short drive to stores and everything you could need. Will definitely stay here again.

Quiet house at a great location

This house is in a quiet, easily accessible neighborhood. This house is clean and new. Theres a short walk to the pool that you can see from the porch. Theres a small pond in between that we've caught fish in the past two years now. Its a very short drive to the- not as busy beach near Mustang Island. Its located almost dead center between Port Aransas and Padre Island communities. Less than 30 minutes from Corpus Christi where they have Walmart, Sams Club, HEB to stock up on groceries for the stay. Plenty of things to do for everyone.

We just stayed for a week. The house is gorgeous and fully stocked. Right down to spices and ziplock bags. We only used one bed, so can’t comment on the other 2 bedrooms, but the main king bed was comfy. The towels in the ensuite were super plush. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub, it was super windy and cold when we were there, but it looked really nice and was lit up at night. Nice quiet area. We’d 100% stay again and recommend their property to anyone. Owners were very attentive and quick to respond. Appreciated the washer and dryer too.
