Relax at this newly renovated home, located less than 3 miles from North Shore Beach, Heritage Park, and Downtown Corpus Christi. A short 10 minute drive to Nueces Brewing & Barbeque for great food and drinks.

After a long day of exploring, you will love coming back to peace and quiet. Relax in the fully fenced and private backyard before going to bed.

The house is made up of 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each bedroom, a sofa in the living room which could sleep one person, a queen size inflatable bed, and a pack and play for a baby/toddler. One full bath. A fully equipped kitchen, with a blender, coffee maker, and toaster. Washer and dryer. Highchair for baby available as well.

It was absolutely perfect! Clean, set up perfectly and so relaxing! This will be our permanent place for us when we go to Corpus Christi! Amazing host and lighting response time! I am hooked! A home away from home! 5 stars all the way! The cool air in the house was a great way to beat the Texas heat! We will be back!

The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, utilities and cooking sets. They even have a air fryer and ice maker. All the kitchen appliances are top notch. Air conditioning was just right and they have wi-fi which is a big plus with my grandkids. Bathroom was stock and extremely clean!! The backyard have a gas grill upon other things.

This is the perfect spot for a beach get away. The neighborhood was quiet & everything we needed was right around the corner (heb/food options/etc)The house was very clean and homey. My family settled in quickly & felt very comfortable. We’re definitely gonna make this our spot for our yearly beach vacay !!

The house was nicely kept up and clean! Our pups loved the fenced in backyard. The neighborhood appeared a bit questionable, but it was quiet, without incident.

Good home and location

This was a very nice home. Quiet neighbors and location was perfect for us. Minutes from attractions and not for from water. The host provided plenty of towels and bedding. Would definitely recommend this host.

Cozy Cottage- Perfect for Family Time!

An ideal place to stay! Our favorite spot was the patio! Very relaxing with a nice hammock for the kids. The kitchen is also well equipped. After one night out to eat, I decided to make dinner for us. The beds are very comfortable and we found ourselves admiring the details of the decor. Location is very convenient! There is a nearby HEB. You can get to the bayfront pretty effortlessly along with North Beach. I'll be reserving this little paradise again soon!

Definitely recommend!

Very clean and more comfortable than we anticipated. We needed to be close to downtown for a race. The back patio is like a hidden gem. This was my first VRBO booking and I don't have the app. This may have contributed to some communication difficulties, including not getting the access code and having to contact VRBO when the property owner did not respond.

Very nice place!

Went to the beach for a second weekend in a row before surgery with my family and we all loved it! It had everything we needed to include extra pillows, blankets, blow up air mates, beach towels and other linens. It was super clean and very decorative. Up to date remodeling and appliances were great. The little ones loved the coloring book and crayons. The air conditioner worked great. H-E-B was about a mile away and very convenient. The private driveway and patio were a bonus. Definitely would stay there again as my family suggested. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your place.

A Home Away From Home

This place has definitely been renovated and is a great clean option if you are visiting Corpus Christi. The price was definitely within our budget and host had EVERYTHING we needed. My parents were very comfortable and impressed. The neighbors were never seen and it was very quiet. You have a gas station and a H‑E‑B right around your corners. The highway was easily accessible to drive to other places. Pictures online should be updated to show how much nicer the place is. The backyard was very private and relaxing. Host did not answer our phone call upon arrival but did respond to our messages quickly. AC did take a while to cool the place upon arrival. Light switches were confusing but host had notes to guide us in the house. This was our 1st time using Vrbo. Host will not reach out to you prior to your check-in or provide arrival information via email, so make sure you reach out to her. Communication was short and simple. No clear guidance as to what to do before checking out so we did what we have done in the past with other rentals. Would definitely recommend to others.
