Reel’em Inn - a Waterfront Home on the Canal

We hope you will enjoy our 3 bedroom, 2 bath home on the canal at City by the Sea. This home is right between Rockport (10 miles) and Aransas Pass (5 miles) and the best fishing holes are all around us. It’s a fisherman’s dream.

This house is in a safe and quiet community. This is not a place for loud parties. We have a patio by the water for fishing all day and night. We do have outdoor cameras.

Cove Harbor is the closest boat dock at just 3.8 miles toward Rockport.

Please always watch children and pets around water. We have a fence on the canal side of the house for pets and children’s safety. The person making the reservation must also be staying at the house. Boats do NOT fit under the carport.

Park and fish only from our property (fence line). No parties. $500 fine for fireworks.
We supply: soaps for the dishwasher, washing machine and bathrooms, bath towels, sheets, toilet paper, paper towels.
We invite you to use our beach towels, crockpots, blenders, etc... but ask that you wash and return them to avoid extra charge.

The host was very responsive to all my questions! She even reached out to let us know the house would be available for an early check in. The best part was being able to take our fur babies and leave our boat in the water on the canal. It was just the perfect house for our family.

Great Stay at Reel Em In

House is very well equipped and layout was great! Lots of games, throw blankets, and supplies. City-by-the-Sea is a wonderful location between Rockport and Aransas Pass. Very close to great fishing locations. We will stay here again for sure.

The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths which was perfectly fine for 3 guys. Nice, casual layout with a nice dock and cleaning station. The house is well-stocked and I appreciated that. Easy, quick communication with the owner when needed and the price was right. Will return!

Sibling fishing getaway

We thought the property was great. The house had everything that we needed, clean, well-stocked, comfy beds, great patios and deck. Great water view. My sister-in-law said it was a great choice and that we would definitely stay here again, and she got dibs on the downstairs room.

Great family house with a lot of amenities!

This is a great 3 bedroom house right between Rockport and Aransas Pass. It is located on a canal with a green light underwater for fishing. My husband and adult children loved the stay and there was plenty of room for 6 adults.

Perfect Location

We so enjoyed the stay here. We brought our own boat and the boat launch was super close. Loved the completely fenced yard for our Hank (golden retriever). The air conditioner worked fabulous. Very clean.

Great Home on the Canal

We loved our stay at this beautiful canal-front home. We chose it because we have a daughter who is not quite 2yo and loved the safety of the fence. My son and husband love to fish and enjoyed fishing each day after getting home from the beach. Would absolutely rent again

Lovely home, great location!!

My family spent a couple of nights here following a condo resort stay in Port A. This home is so charming, beautifully decorated, and the perfect spot for morning coffee. Such a relaxing and cozy atmosphere that’s just close enough to restaurants in Rockport, but just far enough to get out of the hustle and bustle. We weren’t as lucky in the fishing department as we would’ve liked to be, likely because of the recent freeze. Regardless, all the kids and adults still had a great time here! There are tons of stocked board games that we loved playing. Kids loved the bunk bed room. Owners are VERY responsive and helpful. Great stay!!
