View was very nice from upstairs balcony!! Location is incredible- within walking distance to the beach. The beach did not disappoint! Everyone loved the condo except for the AC system- it was never cooler than 76 - upstairs was always even warmer! Hank goodness for the ceiling fans and extra box fans in thh by a closets. Loved having a washer & dryer in the unit except that the washer lost its spin & drain cycle the night before we left? When I spoke to maintenance the morning we were checking out, I was told that I could’ve called & reported the AC problem - we just kept thinking that it start cooling better - that was on us! Family & guest very pleased with roominess of everything and 2-1/2 bathrooms were a definite plus!!

End of summer trip

Had family stay and a nice time was had by all. Clean, comfy and roomy for our group of 6. Queen beds were comfy but noisy with any sort of movement. Drain in upstairs hall bathroom shower didn’t drain well. All in all we enjoyed the place. This is our second time in this unit and we’d definitely stay again.

It Was not the Worst.

Over alll it was "fine" but really cheaply firnished and only very bare minimum in the kitchen. In addition we had these issues: Fan in bunk bed room is ridiculously loud. Remote doesnt work in laster bedroom. Living room remote didnt have a back so batteries kept falling out. Ice machine in fridge didnt work at all, despite maintenance trying to fix it. Futon is terrible. Seriously 2 bars poke your back! Towel rack in main room keeps falling. No dust pan with the broom Dirt devil doesnt work Back door does not close right Front door has a huge gap. Master bed is hard as a rock.
