The Sandpiper Condominium's Unit 107L is a stunning 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom condo facing the Gulf of Mexico. Recently remodeled with new furnishings and lovely yet modern decor, this condo is extravagantly put together. Conveniently located on the 1st floor, this unit is relatively close to everything this property has to offer; the sun deck on the 2nd floor, pool area and boardwalk to take you right to the beach. This particular condo has everything you need for a comfortable and luxurious vacation to the small beach town of Port Aransas.

The Master Bedroom has a comfortable King sized bed along with a full sized closet and flat screen TV with a DVD player. Connected to the Master Suite is a private Master Bathroom with a full sized tub that has shower capabilities.

A three night minimum is required on reservations during Sandpiper holidays. The following are considered holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day.

Bad to Good Experience

I took off work from my construction job and drove 5 hours to this beautiful condo on the beach to celebrate my birthday and stay up late partying only to be awaken at 8 AM to the sound of a hammer drill and impact drivers going in the condo next door that was under construction. I was refunded my money for the first night after explaining that if I wanted to be in a construction site on my birthday I would have just stayed home and gone to work. Luckily the crew did not work on the weekend so Saturday and Sunday were very enjoyable. I was never reached out to by a manager as I was told I would be, however, the very nice gal at the front desk was able to do a refund for me. Overall the property is nice and clean. I would recommend for anyone staying here to stay on floor 4 or higher if you want to see the beach because 1-3 only look at sand dunes out the window.
