Street parking, red zone parking, and parking in neighboring driveways are strictly prohibited. Boats, trailers, buses, and RVs are not permitted within Village Walk. Towing is strictly enforced. âą There is NO direct beach access from this home. The nearest beach access is Beach Access Road 1-A, about a mile down the road.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION âąAll properties are professionally cleaned using products that meet or exceed CDC standards. Towels and basic amenities are provided for the maximum occupancy. Each home is inspected prior to guest arrival to ensure quality and readiness.
THINGS TO BRING âąGuests should plan to bring beach towels, personal toiletries, sunscreen, beach gear, and food or pantry items for their stay.

We have been coming to Port Aransas for years. This place was amazing. It was very clean, well stocked, and check in was a breeze! We will definitely be back!
This house had everything - lots of activities for kids young and old to enjoy, great yard, lots in interior space. While there is no direct beach access, it's literally a 3 minute drive to get to the beach access road, and boom - you're right there. Would definitely rent again!
Beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood. Outside: covered areas, grassy area, fenced yard, swimming pool (3.5â deep) directly behind through 2 gates. Nice porches with chairs that overlooked pool. Easy access to beach via golf cart or car. Elevator worked well. Downstairs apartment offered privacy for toddler sleeping. A/C worked well! Weâd stay there again!
The Sandy Craic- Elevator was just as advertised. It was so convenient for the family to jump in the pool after a long day at the beach. We enjoyed our stay.
Would have been better, but upon arrival I noticed the washing machine wasnât working and the couch downstairs was broken and you couldnât use it. Spoke to an employee of property manager who ended up getting a little irritated because she was having to work over time because of our issues. Long story short Property Manager never called me back as requested. They did bring us extra towels and linens the next day late in the evening. We had to go to the washerteria to wash beach towels and clothes. I received an email where they refunded us $200.
The location was good there was a pool right by the house and it had a ping pong table and shuffleboard which the kids enjoyed.
Our family had a wonderful time during our stay. The property was clean, spacious, comfortable beds, and nicely decorated. The ping pong, shuffleboard, and proximity to the pool was great for the kids. Would certainly book again.
This house was perfect for our family and the bottom separate area for the grandparents. Everyone had their own space. We had big family dinners and grilled out every night. A very well stocked kitchen, just bring some extra paper goods and detergents. We loved the easy golf cart ride to the beach and shopping. We also loved the community heated pool which we overlooked. Iâd definitely rebook for a Port A getaway!!!
The home was very beautiful (but it could use a good cleaning) and had plenty of space for the 10 of us! It is very close to the town. We rented a golf cart (which I highly recommend) and it made it very nice to access the beach. The community pool is right out the back door, and my grandkids loved it!
Great place for us and our three grown children to all get together and spend quality time together visiting with each other! Grandkids all enjoyed the beach and pool playing with each other. We wish it was located closer to the beach, but the house was perfect for our family of 12!
We loved this house! Our family really enjoyed our stay. The house was fantastic especially for our family of 7. We had so much space and the close proximity to the beach. Loved the pool and the kids loved the ping pong table. This was our favorite home weâve stayed at. Will come back soon hopefully for thanksgiving.
The home was a great setup and in a great location. It really needs a good old fashion cleaning, like a really really good deep clean. The house smelled like cigarette smoke we even found cigarette butts on the floor. Overall the home could be really amazing if it was cleaned properly. The washer was broken the whole time and we planned on doing laundry so we didnât pack enough cloths and didnât have a way to wash towels.
It was nice. Saw roaches though and the mosquitos by the downstairs door was really bad. There was a roach in the coffee maker (insider water reservoir). Other than that, it was fine.
My family of 4 went with another family of 4 to this beautiful, well-kept property in Port Aransas.
There was plenty of space and everything was clean and well stocked.

Excellent house design for my families. Loved the up stairs balcony and large open kitchen/dining/living area. Unfortunate that the upper level microwave did not work at all.
Iâve traveled all over the world and rented dozens of vacations homes over the year. I have even owned two myself. This is the nicest one ever. Just perfect. We loved it!
The home itself is 5-star! Wonderful location, everything modern and well appointed, very spacious and as the picture shows, is literally feet from the community pool. We took six kids (all 12 years of age) and they had a blast. They were able to utilize the downstairs area which included bedroom, living area, full bath and equipped with separate fridge which was great. Also worth mentioning is that it was very clean (for those with OCD). The only negative for the trip (other than the extended power outage on the island), was our check-in. We were told the house was ready early and arrived to find nothing had been done to the house. While the cleaning team did come back quickly, it was still not ready by the 4:00 original timeframe and I never received a call back from anyone letting me know it was ready. In the future, it is probably a good idea to follow back up with frustrated customers (thus the reason for only 4 stars). Again and as for the home itself, I would highly recommend it to anyone.
