Looking for the perfect family getaway or ladies retreat? This beautifully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath ocean view condo offers stunning Gulf views from the living room, kitchen, dining area, hallway, and private balcony where you can relax to the sound of the waves.

The spacious living area now features a new sleeper sofa, two luxurious leather recliners, a new large-screen TV, and an electric fireplace — perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. New area rugs in both the living room and primary bedroom add warmth and comfort, while floor-to-ceiling windows bring in beautiful natural light and ocean views.

The primary suite includes a dreamy king bed, private bath with walk-in shower, and a desk with bayside views for remote work, journaling, or getting ready for dinner out. The guest bedroom features two twin beds with a trundle, making the condo comfortable for families or groups up to 6 guests.

The fully stocked kitchen includes a Cuisinart dual coffee maker, air fryer, blender, toaster, spacious island seating, and dining table overlooking the ocean. Guests also enjoy books for birdwatching enthusiasts, games, and thoughtful coastal touches throughout.

Unit 907 may also be rented as a one-bedroom retreat year-round.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Very clean and friendly staff. Right on the beach with a nice pool, spa and grill area. They provided canopies and chairs on the beach which kept us from having to haul those items back & forth. We would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area!

Our family had a great time staying at this condo. While the building itself is older, the interior was updated and the perfect space for us. The master bed was the most comfortable we’ve ever slept on while traveling. And the best part of staying here is how easy it is to head down and enjoy the beach. The staff that helps set up the covers was top notch. This was the least stressful beach trip we’ve had. For a family with two young kids, this was perfect. Grateful for a wonderful vacation!

We loved our stay in this beachfront condo. The condo is bright, comfortable, and beautifully decorated! The entrance and lobby area is so bright and comfortable as well. In addition, the staff was friendly and accommodating, ready to help with any item, big or small (we only needed a battery for a fan remote, but they were so friendly and immediate in their response). We can't thank the owners and Sea Gull for providing us such a relaxing time. From the amenities to the tasteful decor that provided every comfort. The location provides easy access to a huge array of eateries. Unlike other VRBY, each morning new towels are brought, including beachtowels that as my 91 year old mother will always say, "That's a plus, plus!" We hope to return again but spend a longer time. With great appreciation!

The property and staff were excellent. The weather, bugs and issues with our condo was frustrating. We ended up leaving the property three days early due to super rainy weather, LOTS of mosquitos and a few issues with the condo. Not sure if we will return, but if we do we’ll make sure it’s not during rainy/bug season.
