In the first home, step into an inviting living room that flows into a bright dining area and a stunning, fully equipped kitchen. Down the hallway, you’ll find three serene bedrooms and a fully remodeled bathroom, each designed for rest and relaxation. The spacious backyard is perfect for outdoor gatherings, featuring a BBQ area and plenty of room to unwind.

In the second home, you'll be greeted by an equally inviting living room with plush seating and tasteful decor. 1. NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc., is strictly prohibited inside.

2. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS UNLESS DISCLOSED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING: As this home is situated in a residential area, we kindly request that you respect quiet hours between 11 PM and 6 AM to maintain good relations with our neighbors.

3. PET POLICIES: We welcome dogs (up to 50 lbs) in this home, but unfortunately, cats are not permitted. A $150 per pet fee will be charged. One pet must be charged at the time of booking. If two pets will be occupying the home, please message us and we will request an additional $150 after the booking is confirmed. Please ensure that pets are crated whenever left unattended. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and waste must be promptly cleaned up from the yard.

4. SECURITY: For your safety, our homes are equipped with motion-activated EXTERIOR video cameras. There are no video recording devices located inside the home.

5. WEAPON POLICY: Guests must provide prior notice and obtain consent for any secured weapons before booking. All weapons present must be properly secured. Failure to provide notice or unauthorized possession of weapons may result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund.

7. RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS: In the event of damage or theft of linens, furniture, or any other items, guests will be responsible for covering the costs.

8. RENTAL AGREEMENT AND ID VERIFICATION
The primary guest will be required to complete a rental agreement and submit I.D. Verification as a part of the reservation process.

9. PRE-ARRIVAL INSPECTION: Before each guest check-in, we perform a comprehensive video walkthrough of the property. This process serves a dual purpose: first, to meticulously document the home's existing condition and cleanliness, thereby protecting guests from being unfairly blamed or charged for pre-existing damage; and second, to establish a clear baseline that allows us to hold guests accountable for any damages incurred during their stay.

10. FURNITURE: Guests are prohibited from moving any furniture. If any furniture is found to have been relocated after the guest's departure, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee for associated labor.

Guest Access:
Your sanctuary has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you with privacy and full access to the home. We'll provide the access code on the day of your arrival.

Points forts : Propreté
There was raw sewage above ground in the side yard of the purple house that we discovered Sunday morning before our departure. See attached. This is not only unacceptable but a health hazard. We had young children with us and picked this property because of the yard for them and our dog. Now we have the worry one of them may have picked up some bacteria from being in this yard. We just thought the overgrown grass was an issue until we realized what it was hiding.Although the fence is new and looks good, only the gates around the blue house actually latch properly. The driveway gates to the purple house do not latch at all and the entrance gate to the purple house is a major struggle to latch because it's not level, same with the gate connecting the yard. Not safe for parties with children and dogs. We were constantly worried someone would get out.There is a major termite infestation in the purple house, they are everywhere.On a lighter note, you should provide additional hooks or racks for guests to hang their towels on so they can reuse them, more than one hand towel for the bathroom would be nice, consider adding a mirror in each bedroom.
