Cute and comfortable condo. One bedroom condo that sleeps four. Queen bed in the bedroom and a queen sleep sofa bed in the living room.

Great location and lots of amenities. Fishing pond, clubhouse, pool with hot tub, gazebo, outdoor BBQ grill, 24 hour workout room and business center all within a few steps of the condo.

Laminate flooring, fully furnished with a 39" flat screen TV in the living room and bedroom. Ready for your long-term winter get-away, vacation or weekend of relaxing or fun.

There is a view of the canal from the balcony.

Rate includes electric, water, sewer, cable TV, and WI-FI. There are no lodging taxes for rentals of 30 days or longer.

Includes all bed and bath linens, dishes, utensils, pots and pans, small appliances such as, toaster, coffee pot, mixer, blender and hairdryer. There is a dishwasher, washer and dryer in the unit.

Close to shopping, grocery, gas stations, and restaurants in addition to movies, shopping and restaurants in Corpus Christi across the bridge.

My boyfriend had an amazing stay! The goat was wonderful and easy to communicate with. The condo was cute, clean and easily accessible. We loved the pool and the gym as well as the short walk to the beach! Will definitely stay again!!

Great Family Vacation

Host was awesome, condo was wonderful, and time with our grown kids and two grandchildren was fantastic. Location of this property could not be better. Our kids also rented condos here and it worked out well. I would definitely recommend condo 214. Host was very responsive, and I appreciated that very much. Hope to use this condo again.

My favorite beach condo ever. Everything you need is provided! Bring your food and drink and get your beach parking permit at the Stripes on the corner. Close by grocery store has anything you might need. The beach is a hop skip and a jump away! 2 mins! The pool area is beautiful. Parking is perfect. You will love the peace here!

Great location!

This rental has a great location! It’s easy to walk to a permit only for parking beach (you will need a cart or wagon if you’re taking umbrellas, chairs, etc) or drive a little way to a free beach. The unit is well-equipped and the bed was comfortable. We easily went everywhere in the area from here. It is very quiet for the most part. We could hear conversations from adjacent units but that stopped at reasonable times. The pool and hot tub are really nice. I would rent it again!
