Many red flags from the beginning. Looked great on pics. But then I received a note that a stove was broken. Although they said we can use it, it didn’t look safe. So cooking was challenging. Kitchen appliances and floor was visually dirty. Upstairs looked much better, clean, and comfy. Bathrooms need so refreshing. You get only one bath tower per person and one hand towel. So bring your own or constantly wash your towels. We loved the fishing deck but it was not private. People from other units come to your space. Steps going down were broken and overgrown with weeds. Easy reserved parking and close to other activities in the area. Don’t count on arriving earlier than 15 min before your check in (that’s when you get the code to get in) or you will be charged extra. Pet friendly but also additional charges will be disclosed to you after reservation. Management is quick addressing questions.

North Padre Getaway

The property is a nice condo on the canal on North Padre Island. It is in a great location close to everything. We booked the property because it had a dock for fishing in the channel with a fishing light. Unfortunately the light did not work. So fishing was a bust, but we still enjoyed our stay and spent more time on the island.

Nice but too much traffic noise.

My husband and I stayed for 5 nights. The condo was small but cozy, the kitchen was well stocked except for a tea kettle The condo is a bit worn. The managers were very nice and helpful. The reason I wouldn’t stay here again is the noise from Parkroad 22 is very noticeable. This condo is about .2miles from 22. In the morning I love to get up and have a cup of tea on the porch, it was just too loud or in the evenings also. So much traffic on that road. Inside with all the doors and windows closed its fine. No one else has commented on this, perhaps it just depends on what your use to or maybe nobody goes outside.

I had a business luncheon i Corpus so I found this place so my wife and 91 year old father could come with me. My father loved being able to fish off the back deck. It was very clean and had everything we desired.

We had one small misshap the alarm accidentally got turned on and the owner couldn't be reached for the code so we were locked in for at least 30 minutes. But other than that it was a great stay the kids enjoyed the fishing and it was nice and clean when we got there.

Wonderful little getaway

This was a wonderful little condo that served our purpose perfectly. The house was well provisioned and the location was incredibly convenient to marker 37 and the fishing therein. The back deck onto the canal was our favorite part of the visit. We were able to enjoy the evening and still dink around the green lights and catch lots of live bait. Great stay

Garbage was over flowing, stunk and too many flies not to mention it was not moved out by the street until I took it, leaving us no place for our garbage until five days later, advise management on day of arrival but we know how that goes; wasn’t until trash wad empty Friday the reacted. Last summer trip before school

A nice stay, clean house. We have stayed at several different locations in this area. I would say it's one of the nicer places. I wish the property had two things. A underwater green fishing light and a BBQ grill. Over all enjoyed our stay.
