pool and hot tub were closed even calling ahead before booking basicaly lied. there was a hole int the door and we had people pounding on our door at 4am looking for someone. breafast was cold and horible. just a bad place.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom had a great shower and was spacious. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. Easy access and plenty of parking. Coffee in the room and in the lobby. Had a great stay.

The room that I reserved a week in advance was not available and to make our stay easier we needed the handicap accessable bathroom. So we had to be given a regular room. What is the point of making a reservation if the room would not be available. Upon arrival to our room the remote was not available so the lady had to go find one from another room. The water pressure in the shower was horrible and made rinsing miserable. And not having the handicap shower was difficult. The breakfast was not ready when it was supposed to , had to wait 30 minutes and then the food was barely warm. The elevators were filthy and the carpets looked nasty. So I don't see that I will return for another stay.

Hotel was good in a good location. However, hallways and elevator were dirty. We also had a false-fire-alarm go of at 5 in the morning. The alarm was turned off quickly and we noticed no one was exiting their rooms, so I had to call the front desk and that is when I was informed it was a false-alarm.

The staff was fantastic. Parking was easy. The ice machine in the hall I was in didn't work but I went to the next floor and had no problem. Other than that I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room wasn’t clean. There was used, left over hygiene products in the shower. The suite I reserved wasn’t available so when I got there they gave me a downgrade & then the room next door flooded my room in turn getting all my clothes wet and so I was downgraded even worse room. They said they wouldn’t reimburse me so I could find another hotel because I booked through a 3rd party & “the process was just took much for them.” Jacuzzi hasn’t worked in years and the freezing cold indoor pool is disgusting.

I asked the front desk gentleman is the pool was open, he said yes, but didnt bother telling me is was broken and not been cleaned. Thats the whole reason i chose this hotel to stay in with my granddaughter. Sink is my room i assume is clogged, it didnt drain very well. Fridge froze my water n food.

The room was ok, but it advertised it sleeps 5 and you can ask for a roll away bed. When I get to the hotel and ask about the extra bed, they tell me it is a fire hazard. Ok, so I said well I got it cause it says it sleeps 5 and can have a roll away and the front desk woman just ignored it. Also the tv was nice but the internet wasn't good, kept buffering. The lobby and hallways were uncomfortably hot. The indoor pool looked like it could use some upgrades. Kinda looked like a horror scene and the flickering light in the corner of the pool didnt help it much.
