suggestions

we would stay at this property again, but I recommend you change the white towels. We have had rental properties, and we never used white towels.The towels, when clean, looked very dirty and stained. The white face cloth looked as if someone used it to wipe mud off their car or shoes, it did not look cleanAll else was great

Affordable AMI experience

The house was conveniently 5 minutes off AMI. Easy to get to beaches. The neighborhood is old and a bit run down. But it was quiet and we had no issues with noise or neighbors. The house over all could use a deep clean, a coat of paint and some outdoor furniture upgrades as most lower priced rentals could. However the indoor decor was pleasant and very comfortable. Our kids had fun swimming, playing cornhole and the outdoor pool table got a lot of use. The pool was cleaned twice during our stay which was nice. There is a new washer dryer which we appreciated. The outdoor deck is perfect for morning coffee. Just wish we could have kept a screen open but you have to keep the door closed or the safety alarm would go off. Kind of annoying but it’s a local ordinance because of the pool. The management company was prompt with any concerns. Over all if you’re looking for an affordable, family friendly place to stay with easy access to AMI I would recommend.

Great location

Perfect spot to either hang out by/in the pool or spa as well as the great hardscaped surrounding. Loved the corn hole and pool table game set ups. Super convenient to multiple beaches within a very short drive. Loved having this private setting in a cool neighborhood that has 4 restaurants and a working waterfront within walking distance to it. Plenty of living space inside and out. Definitely will stay again if available. Communication with rental agency was superb.

Lovely place and good value

We were very pleased with our accommodations at this property. Beds were comfortable and the furnishings were very nice. Overall it was very clean but the primary bathroom needed a little TLC where a towel rack was pulled from the wall and poorly patched. Also the stairwell was a little tired looking and that’s the first thing you see when entering the home. But otherwise we were impressed and pleased. The outside space was perfect in every way. The key code we were given to access the property was incorrect so we had to contact the rental company. Once we reached them they were extremely helpful and very professional. The price for this property was a good value compared to most properties on the island, however, the fees charged on top of the rate seemed excessive.

4 ladies came to relax, explore the area and eat Stone Crabs. House was great location, outside area amazing, pool, hot tub, sitting area. 1 bike was disabled bad gears, 1 flat tires (we remedied with pump provided). House needed good cleaning. Dirty and dusty. Fitted Sheet kept coming off master bed., needs different linens. Towels worn and thin. Master bed mattress needs replacing and more slats under it. Laying in bed, head n upper body would be at decline and had to crawl n pull urself out to move in bed. I own n manage a beach vacation cleaning service for over 65 properties in North Florida and understand end of rental season issues. However, the dust was heavily accumulated on every surface, bathrooms needed more attention, stool in master shower needs trashed, covered in black gunk. Just needs some TLC and someone with attention to detail. Overall a great place with great ammenities and great location.

Perfect for families!

We had a great stay! The house was the perfect setup for our family of six. The kids loved the pool and spa. And there was even plenty of pool toys and beach supplies. Two wagons, coolers, chairs, umbrellas, etc. The maintenance man even swung by and gave our boys a squirt toy for the pool. So sweet! Backyard had beautiful landscaping that provided a ton of privacy. Would definitely stay again. Also, eat at Tide Tables. Best food of the trip!

Fun stay in unique town close to gulf

The pool and hot tub were the highlight to our group of 7. The variety of places for us to sit and relax was great from the comfy sectional, large kitchen table, umbrella table on the upstairs deck, and bar, couches and lounge chairs poolside. Great restaurants nearby but we also used the quality gas grill to cook one meal. Conventional coffee maker(with filters) and a Keurig but bring coffee! Kitchen had all the cooking utensils and pans and plates and glassware. All bedrooms had TV’s and ceiling fans. Mattresses were fine with soft sheets and nice quilts.

Wonderful vacation

The home was perfect for our group of 7. The hot tub and pool were the perfect temperature. The bikes were great!! We left a little beach cruiser for a 6-10 year old behind for the next group to use. The kitchen was fully equipped to cook meals. The local restaurants were the best!! We rode over to the beach several times and it was super easy. We are already taking about coming back next year!!

Thoroughly enjoyed my winter stay at Lobster Key

The location was perfect for me as I have stayed in the Cortez area for many years as an RV'er. A mile walk to the beach, restaurants in walking distance. The house was the right size for hosting my family and friends. There were a few cleaning issues which I took care of, maintenance issues which were quickly resolved by Anna Marie Vacations to my satisfaction.
