Staff was very courteous and helped me with the reservation even after Expedia’s reservation was not in their system. If not for her help, I wouldn’t have had a room for the night. Not sure if Holiday Inn Express dropped the ball or if it was Expedia’s issue.

Property definitely needs some maintenance and modernization. Restroom ceiling look terrible from previous leaks, wallpaper was hanging above shower and furniture was and looked very old. Some door card readers didn't work as well...

Close to Mesa Verde

Not the Holiday Inn hotels I'm used to. The parking lot was very dark and the interior was dated. We only stayed one night for the close proximity to Mesa Verde NP.

The bed was extremely comfortable! Front desk staff was wonderful and breakfast was standard. Otherwise the hotel is quite in need of renovations. There are signs all over the hotel saying that they are undergoing renovations. We saw no sign of that happening yet, but it’s possible that they will be doing so in the near future? Microwave in room didn’t work and remote didn’t work for tv to turn on and off but we figured it out with buttons on side of tv.
