The staff was very nice here, but this budget motel was in need of some remodeling and a refresh. It wasn't unclean so much as in a run down state. Many rough-looking patrons mixed in with mostly hardworking laborers who simply need an affordable place to crash for the night.

We booked with the Quality Inn hotel but we’re roomed in the motel section extended stay. There were lots of men (seemed to be traveling workers) in the parking lot of entended stay past dark and my daughter and I did not feel safe going to our car or being in a motel type environment. The ladies that work the desk were great and the breakfast was really good.

The facility has basement units with window air conditioner units. The window AC unit in the room we got was not working. Instead, a portable AC unit was in the room (the kind you can roll around). It was VERY noisy, and we couldn’t even hear the television, and I’m being totally serious. The outside of the facility was very trashy and dirty. The outside door to the building didn’t close,or latch. Seemed unsafe.

One night stay on quick trip!

Ok, a one night stay. Little noisy, bathroom sink didn’t drain and sink faucet was loose. Took a long time for hot water and pressure was mediocre. Bed was ok good with good pillows. A/C was a wall mounted window unit type that was sufficient but a little noisy. A plus was lots of TV channels.

Clean room & a comfortable bed. The bathroom was updated and nice. The air-conditioned had a hard time keeping up with the summer heat. The breakfast was good.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was sub par . I had a room in the 2 story building. It had a ok remodel with a clean comfortable bed but the room smelled like pet pee and disinfectant. Luckily I was able to open the window to let fresh air in.

This was the loudest room I’ve ever stayed in. I could hear people next door, outside and the air conditioner rumbled all night long but somehow didn’t do a good job cooling the room. At least the room was clean.

The Beds was noisy, the rooms were not noise proof, so much that I was able to hear people walk, above my room, was able to hear their beds make noise, my bed was itself very noise because of being Metal and Spring bed.

Extremely Disappointed — Would Not Recommend

Our stay here was incredibly disappointing. The room was filthy — there was what looked like blood or ketchup on the wall, a dead spider smeared nearby, chewed gum behind the toilet, and grime and stains throughout. There were also what appeared to be Cheeto fingerprints on several surfaces. It honestly felt like the room hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. The beds were small, uncomfortable, and definitely not what you’d expect for the price. Breakfast was forgettable at best — definitely nothing to rave about. The only redeeming part of our stay was Pamela at the front desk. She was kind, hospitable, and very helpful — a true professional in an otherwise disappointing experience. There are other hotels in town, and I strongly recommend you consider one of them instead.

The place was easy to find and the breakfast was excellent. Only complaint would be that the AC kept kicking on but it was also 90+ outside and the people above us were super loud but overall very good

Doors slammed all night & you could hear people walking upstairs. Also, requested a first floor room for my elderly mom and she had to go down 6 steps to get to the first floor, then back up to leave! The front desk clerks and the breakfast staff were super friendly though. Just wish we had a quiet ground level stay.

We love to travel and have stayed in different places, some ok others not. When a room is clean and has plenty space to place your clothes, suit case, toiletries, comfortable bed, nice shower and free breakfast, That’s the place for us and Quality Inn had all these for us. Very friendly staff.
