This former stable, renovated in 2021, combines modernity with old-world charm (terracotta tiles, beams, bread oven, etc.).
The cottage opens onto a large, bright 55m² living room with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, etc.), a large dining area, and a comfortable lounge area with a television. Accessible to people with reduced mobility, the ground floor also features a bedroom with a 160x200cm double bed and a bathroom with an adapted shower and toilet.

You'll be charmed by the wellness room with a wood-burning stove for a warm atmosphere. A double whirlpool bath with mood lighting and sound (limited to one use per day) is available for private use during your stay.

Upstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms (one with a 160x200cm double bed, the other with two 90x200cm beds that can be joined or not), a bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sink vanity, and a separate toilet.

The upper floor is accessible via a spiral staircase (which may be a little steep for some).

Enjoy the private, enclosed garden with garden furniture, a barbecue, a parasol, deckchairs, swings, a molky, a pétanque court with pétanque balls, and a badminton set.

With this gîte near Angers, you'll be 25 minutes from the banks of the Loire and the Anjou vineyards, and 50km from Saumur and its famous Cadre Noir. 5 km from the cottage, you can spend a pleasant day on the banks of the Loir River with its equipped beach, picnic tables, children's playground, open-air café, and fishing opportunities (supervised swimming in July and August).
