Our King Junior Suite was a nice room, it has a sitting area with a sofa, a jacuzzi tub/shower, and a bar area. The restaurant at the hotel has a nice happy hour until 6:30 (we were there on a Friday) with some food selections and drink specials. We also ate there for breakfast, we had an omelette and Ayres Country breakfast (I got the fruit instead of potatoes and it was really fresh and delicious) and both dishes were very good. I want to comment on how efficient, friendly, and quick the wait staff are as well. The hotel lobby was under construction, but we stayed in the other building so it didn’t bother us. You do hear the airplanes taking off starting at 7am, but it wasn’t too bad in our room.

Good for price, family owned hotel. Really clean and fresh. Wonderful designed lobby and common areas. Nice restaurant with two seating areas, inside and outside. Steak could be better.

First off I checked I payed for a junior suite and immediately felt the staff were giving very unwelcoming looks . Second I got to the room and there was an orange juice type of drink with a straw in the refrigerator which means the room wasn’t properly cleaned . Third the room was very loud I can hear doors slamming , voices outside the door and upstairs neighbors stomping in the morning also the balcony has very little privacy you can see straight through to the neighbors balcony . I would not recommend this hotel to anyone I know .

Enjoyable stay at Ayres

Great value for the money. The hotel has a great location near the airport and walkable to Starbucks. The room was clean and well appointed. Amenities were great and there is a restaurant on site.

The hotel is a gem. Very clean and I was upgraded to a suite upon my arrival. This place is definitely what I was looking for. You won’t be disappointed. My only issue is property parking was $24.50 a night which was not so great but everything else was great!

A great hotel stsy

Having stayed at the Ayres previosly, our experience was similar to prior stays - comfortable and convenient. My only disappointment was finding out that the hotel now charges for overnight parking.
