The motel was okay. The rooms were clean and the location was good for our purposes. To say that a breakfast was offered would be generous. There were prewrapped products and some cereal. There was no coffee and no real urgency to fix the machine. If you had an equal facility to choose from that offered a breakfast and coffee I'd encourage you to go that route.

Great Boutique Hotel
Publié le 16 mars 2024 sur HotelsAlways stay here. It is a very clean boutique hotel where the service is amazing and the rooms pristine. Has a great pool and hot tub and great sun lounging area. It has a separate smoking area that is situated away from the rooms and has a covered area so you wont get wet if it should rain. It is easily accessible to all major freeways and is withinna few minutes to the beach and about a 15 minute drive to Disneyland. You are also very close to great shopping and restaurants.

STAY AWAY! I had bloody stain bedsheets, hair everywhere and a dirty room- I asked three times to get housekeeping since I arrived to fix it and after two days to send over the staff- they are absolutely most unprofessional staffs and I would never go back- I am a frequent traveler for past two years, I travel every week or OC, and I have never, ever had this issue in any other establishments and hotels- I will be reporting this hotel to city of Irvine for unsanitary conditions.
