Beautiful house with totally private pool in Costitx.The house has two bedrooms, a double room on the ground floor and another room on a loft that is accessed from the living room. It has a full bathroom.The living room is very spacious and bright, with a fully equipped kitchenette.The exterior of the house has a porch with a table to have breakfast, or eat in the shade and enjoy the pleasant climate of the island surrounded by nature.In the barbecue area we have a relaxation area with sun loungers and a private pool for our clients to cool off on summer days.For the little ones there is a play area and for the older ones a chill out area where you can relax and watch the sunset.-As you know, in some areas there is a mandatory tax called ecotasa, used by public agencies for the preservation of the environment. In the Balearic Islands we must charge this rate to our clients, the amount is €2 per night and per person up to eight nights, from the ninth night onwards €1 per night and person will be charged.-If the reservation is made through Homeaway or Booking, 30% will be requested in advance, despite this, you have 15 days before your arrival to cancel without penalty.- FORBIDDEN TO HOLD PARTIES- GROUPS UNDER 30 YEARS OLD ARE NOT ACCEPTED. - TOURIST TAX NOT INCLUDED
