The Space:

This classic Southwest-style vacation home features cool terracotta floors, tall ceilings with wood beams, ceiling fans, and warm, welcoming furnishings. The living area has walls of French doors leading both to the front entry courtyard and back patio overlooking the pool deck and Verde Valley. This area is open with a gorgeous, curved leather sofa, flat-screen TV, chess table, and a dining table.



Off the living room is a fun game room, tranquil dry sauna, and a luxurious master suite with a king bed, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with a jetted soaking tub, shower, and steam shower. There is an additional queen en-suite guest room off the game room with patio doors leading to the courtyard.



Back in the living area, steps lead up to a fully equipped kitchen with high-end stainless appliances, a tiled center island, and a second dining table with seating for 8, and sweeping views of the Verde Valley. There are two beautifully appointed queen bedrooms on this level, sharing a guest bathroom. Guests also have access to a full laundry for light packing and vacation convenience.



The kitchen area opens up to the back patio with a BBQ grill, a bench seat to soak up the panoramic views, and a bistro table for outdoor dining. This is where you’ll find yourself lounging in the Arizona sun, sipping sundowners, dipping in the pool, or late-night stargazing around the firepit. Sleep soundly in the comfortable king size bed or the additional pull-out leather sofa that converts into a queen bed, and enjoy a late night movie on the 43" mounted TV. Casita has a full bathroom with walk-in shower, glass sliding doors and single sink vanity.

Getting Around:

There are taxis, Uber (limited), and the Sedona Trolley but we recommend guests have their own car. This is a small town and public transportation is very limited.



Other forms of transportation available in the area include the Verde Valley Linx Public Transport, the Sedona Shuttle (only operable Thursday through Sunday to select popular trailheads), Lyft (limited), and several rental companies providing rental machines for off-road adventures.
