checked in at 3pm. room was not ready. told worker to leave as is. left luggage in room. when I returned several hours later, door was ajar (i.e., didn't need key to open door). My wife's very unique kidney transplant medications were in the room. had someone taken our luggage, an emergency room visit would have been required. Very, very unacceptable!!! this facility does not meet holiday inn express standards! will never stay at this facility again! one elevator broken. one coffee machine broken. coffee line wait time approximately unacceptable.

We had to change room because the room was filthy. We found public hairs on the bed. Spider webs on the ceilings. The second room had ants.

Hotel staff is very friendly. The room is very clean and spacious. Nice comfy bed with fluffy pillows. Only disappointing thing was the pool was being cleaned with chemicals being addedand not able to enjoy it however glad they take care of pool.
