This Whidbey Island retreat offers an expansive deck where you can grill and dine with loved ones, vaulted ceilings and large picture windows that let in lovely views and plentiful natural light, and nearby access to a private community beach just down the road.



What's nearby:

The view of the water is spectacular from this home, which faces east to receive the morning sun. You'll be a short walk (or an even shorter drive) from the private community beach, where you can go kayaking, paddleboarding, or crabbing on the shore. This home is also close to shops and restaurants in downtown Coupeville (three miles west), the amazing waterfront hiking trail at Ebey's Landing (five miles west), Fort Casey State Park (six miles south), the always-delicious Whidbey Pies Cafe at Greenbank Farm (nine miles south), and darling downtown Langley (24 miles southeast).

The home was a perfect Home-base for my kayak getaway week! Well-appointed Chef’s kitchen and open floor plan made meal prep and entertaining a pleasure. Walk in shower created a spa-like experience and the treehouse views-including a nearby eagle’s nest, provided a relaxing setting to unwind after a day of sea adventure! Wonderful experience all around.

The unit itself was just fine, full kitchen (broken dishwasher) ,spacious deck, although deck was unswept and had bird droppings on the table. Chairs were old, uncomfortable, with shabby cushions.Liked the library! Fantastic, unique master bathroom, shower.I didn't realize we would be tucked in among the other units so tightly - could hear outdoor conversations of other guests. Beach is good for exploring

Clean, well appointed with comfortable beds and sharp knives in the kitchen. The only drawback was the garbage disposal didn’t work and the was no mesh screen for the sink drain.

Incredibly relaxing stay

Staying here was great, we loved all of the little extra amenities like heated floors in the bathroom, the fireplace and a custom scrabble coffee table. Incredibly cozy, amazing kitchen, and a great deck to sit on and relax watching the water. Will absolutely come back again.

Sisters Getaway

We live on the island and decided to spend some quality time together just the two of us. The accommodations were top notch and so comfortable. We have decided to make this an annual event at the Oyster House.
