Small but conveniently located.

Some issues: we left the place cleaner than we found it. We paid an additional 30 euros for sheets and towels. Communication with the property manager was a bit spotty. We were told checkout was 1100h. In an effort to have time enough to clean properly (dust vacuum, scrub out the greasy sink that was there when we arrived, squeegee the shower, wipe down all the chrome, vacuum, etc) we arose at 0700, ate breakfast, and got to it.
We had just finished at 1000, bags at the door, when the doorbell rang. Mr. Bourgeault's next guests had arrived as per the time they were told they could take possession. It would have been nice to have had an hour to relax, or the courtesy of a move-out inspection to ensure our host was satisfied with the condition of the suite, but we were asked to vacate early. Out of courtesy to the next gursts, we left immediately. How our host would be able to determine if we'd cleaned at all remains a mystery. For all we know, the next people could have raised goats in there and no one would know it wasn't us.
All things considered, worth the money, but take note that clear communication of terms would be important to guarantee complete satisfaction.

Perfect for a short break
Posted Jun. 12, 2019 on HomeAwayThe property was perfect for our short stay visiting the many historical sites nearby. Great location, very clean, easy parking, small but well equipped with everything we needed, no thrills but at a good price and it did the job very nicely. Would recommend.

Très bien placé aussi pour visiter les alentours
Prévoir sac poubelle, savon, torchon et papier toilette

Posted Jan. 3, 2024 on HomeAwayLe studio est magnifique bien équipé et bien propre la propriétaire est très à l’écoute en plus la personne qui nous a remis la clé est très agréable je conseille fortement ce studio et on reviendra séjourner encore ☺️
