Welcome to the Huckleberry House! Enjoy the privacy of this newly built, two bedroom home on the fringe of Seal Bay Nature Park. Walk 100m up the road and start your hike into the popular trail network that can lead you to the ocean, or deep into the beautiful old growth forest. Close to countless beaches, a half hour drive to Mt Washington Alpine Resort, 25 minutes to Cumberland, this location boasts something for everyone!

This house was build was completed in 2020. It has Quartz countertops and modern custom cabinetry. The house has an open concept living area, two bright bedrooms, and one bathroom with lots of storage and shower/tub combo. The washer and dryer are there for your convenience if needed. Enjoy the 50" Smart TV with complimentary Netflix, or sign into other streaming apps using your accounts. We’ve provided a lockable shed outside for bikes, skis, snowboards, strollers, etc. There is also a grassy area for pet use. Know that the entrance to this space is up an exterior staircase.

Pleasant stay in Courtenay

We had a great stay here for a weekend ski-trip to Mount Washington. Unfortunately we were unable to explore the local area, but the unit was clean and well-stocked with everything that was needed.

The accommodation is very quiet in a wooded setting. You are close to the hiking trails so can access the beach. Very clean and well equipped. The only problem we had was figuring out the heating system

Property was great However you should bring bottled water as tap water has sulfur smell. Or installing a water filter would improve stay. Stools were very squeaky, could use an upgrade. Otherwise everything was perfect

This house replaced our home for this weekend. It is located in a picturesque location and within close proximity to everything. We had a great stay and experience. The host was super responsive and accommodating and the place was lovely. Would recommend. Note if taking dogs, there isn’t a gated/closed off area on the property to let them out, but I wouldn’t let that be a barrier to booking. Almost opposite is a huge leash and off leash park that is beautiful and well worth the wander with the doggos
