Sympathetically rebuilt on the site of a ruined Perigordine barn, this Gite has breathtaking views of The Dordogne Valley and river below. A private garden and terrace which is ideal for outdoor dining overlooks our huge 16 x 6 metre pool. La Vieille Grange is perfect for a family vacation or a group of friends wishing to explore the delights of the Perigord region. Close to all that the area has to offer this rural escape is an ideal holiday location.

Très bon séjour en famille

Nous avons beaucoup aimé le gîte, fonctionnel et chaleureux, au calme et assez proche de sites touristiques. La vue depuis le jardin fleuri y est apaisante. Quelques montgolfières aperçues tôt le matin..Superbe! La piscine a été tres appréciée surtout avec la canicule. NB: ventilateurs dispos mais pas de clim. Les hôtes sont vraiment charmants, toujours disponibles pour toute question/suggestion.. il nous a aussi été possible de profiter de ce séjour accompagnés de notre chien, on les en remercie !

Un petit coin de paradis.....

Cette région du Périgord est magnifique, et ce gîte l’est tout autant. Le hameau de La Boissière surplombe la vallée de la Dordogne, et La Vieille Grange fait partie d’un groupe de trois maisons indépendantes appartenant aux mêmes propriétaires, Stuart et Tish. Ce gîte rustique est très calme, plein de charme, très bien aménagé, avec un jardin suspendu indépendant très agréable. La piscine, commune aux trois maisons, est immense, avec un petit bassin indépendant très pratique pour les enfants. Elle est bien sécurisée. Le gîte était dans un état impeccable à notre arrivée. Stuart et Tish sont aux petits soins pour les résidents, de l’accueil au départ, et sont de très bon conseil pour tout ce qu’il y a à faire dans la région. C’est vraiment un endroit où on a envie de revenir!
