Everything pictured is yours. Uconn is 10 min. away. Lake community with a beach about a block away. You can swim or just enjoy the sun. Nice walking or jogging path one house away. Near shopping. Full bathroom and kitchen, Washer and Dryer room. The main room has a Queen bed, Leather Couch with a kitchen table. Comes with your own off street parking spot.(additional spots are 20 dollars daily) . Pets must be pre approved .
