Carpet was stained, black mold all over the bathroom ceiling. Numerous areas where baseboards and tile were missing and holes in the walls. Even the hallways and main lobby had maintenance issues. While some features appeared newer, it's almost like they started renovations and then gave up. Reserved a room for 5 people, and the 5th person's bed was essentially a glorified windowsill with a thin cushion. Arrived late at night and had an early morning flight so thankfully we didn't have to stay here long. If needing close proximity to the Cincy airport, choose anywhere but here! Just gross!!

I want a total refund, my wife jean arrived at this hotel and the room i booked with 2 queen beds were not available. James at the desk informed my wife jean rose said to call and get a refund. They tried putting her and my mother in law in a single bed room that is not what i booked. Therefor im requesting a full refund. Please credit my catd that was used to book this reservation thank you

Rooms were in a terrible condition. The carpet was torn, stained and dirty. We killed 3 roaches in the bathroom as soon as we walked in. The walls had large holes and the ac unit wasn't attached to the wall and I thought it would fall out into the room when I turned it on. The staff was nice and helpful but the hotel is deplorable.

The property had a very strong cigarette smoke smell.. I was told they were a “smoking” hotel… that should be made known in marketing so those allergic could avoid.. also… we had a spill on our bedding, and property was not able to supply us with additional bedding to change the bed , the staff at the front desk was as helpful as she could be, but apparently there was limited bedding available. Also.. saw a moving bug in the microwave .

I arrived at 3pm which was the check-in time on my reservation. I was told to come back and try again at 4pm because there were no rooms that were ready. Had been up traveling since 2am and just wanted to crash. So I was not happy.

It’s a good price but, the smell of smoke and weed in the building is terrible! There were some people who looked like homeless renting the hotel room. I had to ask the front desk to change my room it was filthy and i couldn’t spend the night there. Smoking should be forbidden!

Okay for price

Room & Beds were okay. Breakfast was good. Room was a bit run down but okay for price in that area. Towels were great big & fluffy. Phone in room did not seem to work & no smoke detector which I didn’t care about as I didn’t need either but just goes to show lack of attention.
