Nice property could do with a few improvements

Hi Sean, Sorry to hear your experience. Hot tub/spa equipment's were replaced last year, and it's cleaned every week. CCTV is there for the guest safety. I hope this helps.

Posted Feb. 21, 2023 on HomeAwayOverall a lovely 3 week holiday. We usually stay In Genesta st but was unavailable this year. We were very happy to be availed of your home. Couple of small things. Code was wrong when we arrived. Coffee machine was broken and it just needs a suitable broom and dustpan to regularly sweep. Thankyou again

Everything you need for a relaxing stay

What a lovely home
Posted Jan. 18, 2023 on HomeAwayThis is gorgeous, we were in town for a close friends wedding and had the pleasure of staying here with our friends and son.
The facilities were modern and felt luxurious. The house was spacious and provided enough privacy for all of us to come together when we wanted too and to comfortably relax when we needed a break from eachother.
We had a beautiful time and would highly reccomend this home.

Beautiful home with great amenities
Posted Nov. 2, 2022 on HomeAwayEverything a family needs for a long stay with luxury extras. Central location. 10 minute walk to the shops. The spa is great (I’d recommend it being turned on by the cleaner before your guest come so they can use it the day the check in)

Ideal Winter Break
Posted Jul. 12, 2022 on HomeAwayHaving decided to go to Phillip Island for several days over school holidays mid-winter with my kids, I was looking for a comfortable, warm house in reasonable proximity to the beach and shops. This was a lovely house - nicely furnished with a well equipped kitchen with modern appliances and an abundance of tvs. Bedrooms were very spacious with good linen, towels etc It was nice to come back to after our various activities.
As one of the features of the house is its two fireplaces, I would suggest having some firewood for guests upon arrival.

Summer Getaway

The rooms are very generous in size, the property is well kept, the house including furnishings are very comfortable, and the neighbourhood is very quiet which is perfect. It is only about a 5 minute drive to red rock beach and about the same to the Main Street of Cowes.
