Positioned on Cowes seafront, across the road from the beach, this stunning second floor one bedroom contemporary apartment enjoys panoramic sea views over The Solent from the lounge and balcony. Parking to the rear.
A short walk along the sea front will take you to the 'Old Town' Cowes and main High Street beyond where you will find a wide variety of boutique style shops, pubs, bars, restaurants and supermarkets.
It is an ideal location for those with an interest in yachting or simply wishing to soak up the lively atmosphere.
Walk west away from the town you will find popular sailing village of Gurnard with beachside cafe, family dining pub, both enjoying stunning sea views and on clear summers evenings the sunsets are amongst the most stunning on the Island.
