Sought after 4 Bedroom home in the eastern end of the village. A short walk to all village amenities. The property offers water views, TV, DVD, Microwave, gas BBQ, 2nd shower & toilet, single garage (not suitable for 4WD or longer vehicles). This house is ideal for 2 families or the extended family with 2 queen size beds for the couples, 2 sets of bunks for the kids and 2 single beds for the grand parents or singles.

NB - Personal Linen IS NOT Provided - guests must bring their linen in the form of Sheets, Pillowcases and Towels including tea towels and bathmats. Linen hire can be arranged from Kempsey Laundry but we require at least 72 hours notice.
