Ideally located just a flat, easy stroll to the village's shops, cafés and restaurants, you'll also find Main Beach, the famous Surfing Reserve and the picturesque creek just a 5–10 minute walk away.
The unit offers comfortable accommodation with two bedrooms. The main bedroom features a queen bed, while the second bedroom includes a tri-bunk with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top, making it ideal for families.
The inviting lounge room is the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach, complete with a TV, DVD player and a selection of board games. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and full cooking facilities, making holiday meal preparation a breeze.
The laundry is located in the single lock-up garage downstairs and includes a washing machine. The garage provides space for one small vehicle or can be used to store surfboards, bikes and other beach gear, with an additional off-street parking space available in front of the garage.
