The Space:

This 3 bedroom villa property with incredible views couldn't have a better location!  Right across from the resort and within walking distance to the base area, this is your next vacation home base!  With picture window views of the ski area and spacious rooms, Snowmass Villa is ready for your family to make many memories.  



Upon entering the home you will walk into the main living area with open floor plan to the dining and kitchen. The high ceilings and big picture windows add to the sense of space and allow for lots of natural light. The cozy living room is anchored by the large stone fireplace, which is a favorite after spending all day playing outside. The fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops is open to the dining and the living room creating a great family space where everyone is part of the action. The large deck just off the dining room has a gas grill and fantastic views looking out to the ski resort and Mt. Crested Butte. On this level is also a powder bath and a 1 car garage to store all of the toys one needs in Crested Butte such as bikes, skis, snowshoes, kayaks, etc.  (You get the idea!  We have a lot of activities here!)



Downstairs you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.  All of the bedrooms face the ski area and have the same wonderful views as the living area upstairs. The master bedroom has a new king bed, walk-in closets, and an en-suite bath with separate shower and jacuzzi tub. Down the hall you'll find two more bedrooms. One bedroom has a double on the bottom, twin on the top bunk bed with a twin trundle, and the other has a queen bed. These two rooms share a full bath at the end of the hall with a walk-in shower.
