Enjoy the comfort of this large condo! Lounge by the moss rock, wood-burning fireplace on the comfy, Western-style, leather sofa and loveseat. The large dining table will seat your whole family, with additional seating nearby at the bar. Fully equipped and furnished kitchen makes meal preparation and serving a breeze! Two sliding glass doors give access to the large balcony. The main living area has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Upstairs, you’ll find a loft, the fourth bedroom, and another bathroom. The open loft has a seating area, bunk bed, and it’s own TV. Great for the kids!

NOTE: Hot Tub is indoor and only open during ski season! BBQ grills are snowed in during winter. Ski-in/ski-out access typically begins around late December, depending on snowfall. We also have a free shuttle that can drop you at the base in ski season!

The Paradise building entrance is on the third floor. There is one flight of steps from the parking lot to access P-303.
There are two parking spaces available for guests.

Please note: There is no AC in this condo. There is no elevator on the premises. The balcony/deck area is a shared space.

Please NOTE: Our condo complex is located in the high country of the Rocky Mountains. During winter, weather can change abruptly and road conditions can and will get treacherous. Please winterize your vehicle. Often, AWD or 4WD alone is not enough!! To get to our location, we strongly recommend one of the following: snow tires or chains for your tires.

Your condo is near the West Wall lift. A short walk, skis on, and you are on the slopes.

Complex amenities are sure to complete your experience. An on-site office and staff make it easy to check-in/out and answer any questions that arise during your stay. We have our own private shuttle service that is free with your stay. The shuttle runs daily during the ski season from 8:00 a.m. until midnight. During peak summer, the shuttle runs 4:00 p.m. - midnight, Fridays and Saturdays. They’ll even pick up and drop off right outside your condo! During the winter, you can enjoy a soak in the indoor hot tub, located on the first floor of each building. Sign up for private 30-minute soaks. The sauna is open year round. For added convenience, every building has 2 coin-operated washers and dryers for guest use. Everything you need for a comfortable stay!

Place is very good. The units are efficiently used and everything seems to work well. As noted by others, and as somewhat depicted in the photos, the finishes are very dated and some are very much showing their age/wear. But again, perfectly fine. One thing that was of considerable annoyance was the lack of any means to dry ski gear. There are no space heaters, boot dryer, clothes dryer, or even a hair dryer. We had to rely on turning ski gloves somewhat inside out and using the ceiling fan in the bedroom. Some method of drying ski gear would have been appreciated.

Great stay, property as described.

Great stay, very clean, perfect for our needs. If you want to eat caviar off of marble counter tops, maybe this isnt the best place for you... If you want plenty of room for 5 adults and 5 kids, well appointed, good/easy communication, with a great skiing location, this is your spot. If I had to list one improvement, have the hot tub open for pre-skiing soaks!

Great place!

Everything was awesome at the condo. The beds were super comfy and everything was very clean. They include all of the dishes and cookware and even some spices and such. There were plenty of towels and extra blankets and pillows in every closet. Very cool with lots of room. The property managers were also easy to get in touch with and very helpful. Awesome views in a wonderful area!

Good location, comfortable place, but a bit outdated.

The condo is a true ski & ski out. The location was great. The unit is large and very well stocked. The views are excellent. The beds and furnishings are very comfortable. That all being said, the unit is in need of a SERIOUS gut and remodel. It has the feel of 70s décor. There is peeling paint in all the bedrooms. The appliances and bathroom fixtures are from the 70s or 80s. I am still giving it a 4 star rating, because the pictures kind of show the old style of the unit, so it was not a complete surprise to us. However, the peeling paint and amount of Formica needs to be addressed.

We had a fantastic long weekend in CB. The condo was HUGE with more than enough space for our family of six to spread out. Communication with the property manager was awesome. Clean condo with great views.

Good accommodations, surprise ending

Good points of unit: fully supplied kitchen, quiet yet convenient location , insulated walls keeps unit quiet, large bedrooms, spacious closets and dressers, comfy beds. Disappointing points of unit: very small living area (seats 5), stairs to upper level are ridiculously steep and unsafe. Surprise: contract with itemized charges does not include all costs (even when damage is not incurred).
