The Gateway Paradise! Ski-in/out of this 2 bedroom condo for the Holidays!

The Gateway Paradise is a true ski-in, ski-out condo located a short walk from ski-school and the base area. Ski directly onto the Peachtree or Westwall ski lift! The Gateway Condominiums is a boutique building with only 18 units, a large communal hot tub and grill area, elevator, and garage parking for 1 vehicle (6’ 10” clearance).

This stunning condo sleeps up to 8 and includes a ski locker, elevator, hot tub, and garage parking for 1 vehicle! The wrap around deck offers stunning views of the ski resort (and NYE/4th of July fireworks!). Don't miss out!

The open kitchen is a dream featuring Bosch appliances, granite and marble countertops, and all the tools you might need to create the perfect meal for your family and friends! Hardwood floors cover the main living space which includes a sleeper sofa, dining area, workspace, and of course - stunning mountain views from all angles! In floor-radiant heat covers the entryway and master bathroom adds that extra touch of luxury and warmth.

The Master bedroom includes a king-sized bed, wool carpet, workspace, extensive closet space, and a private entrance leading to the wrap-around deck. The ensuite bathroom features a gorgeous standing shower, double vanity, and private water closet!

The second bedroom includes stunning Mountain/Resort Views and sleeps 4 with a twin bunk bed and a queen bed with wool carpet throughout. There is plenty of storage and closet space in the room as well and the second full bathroom is immediately next to this bedroom. The second bathroom does include a tub and large vanity.

The wrap around deck spreads from the master bedroom, all the way around the dining area and living room with 3 separate entrances, all via full length sliding glass doors. The sheer quantity of windows in this condo make it feel like you are truly on the ski hill while sitting in the warmth of this gorgeous condo enjoying the Alpenglow on Mt. CB!

Park in the underground garage and take the elevator up to access the units front door! Immediately upon entrance, you are greeted with a large storage closet perfect for coats, boots, etc. On your left is the laundry room feature new Maytag appliances and a 8-boot, boot warmer perfect for your return from the ski hill or a snowy downtown Crested Butte! This condo also features a built-in, adjustable humidifier for your comfort!

PARKING: ***ONE CAR ONLY PERMITTED MUST FIT IN PARKING GARAGE. 6’ 10” HEIGHT LIMIT*** Common Area Outdoor Hot Tub subject to closures during off season dates.

Great ski in/ski out property! The garage was an excellent bonus so your car is warm and not covered in snow. The ski lockers are convenient. Management answered all of my calls, and was easy to work with.

4th of July Getaway

We had an excellent stay at the Gateway Paradise. We stayed there over the 4th of July and had the best view of the fireworks. We only had to step out into the deck and they were right there on the mountain. No headaches with finding a place to park, etc. The condo very clean and comfortable, and was sufficiently supplied with everything we needed. It was very spacious and we enjoyed having our coffee outside in the morning on the deck. The property manager was very easy to communicate with and responded very promptly when we had questions. We highly recommended staying here and we will definitely be back!

PISSED ON BY DOG UPSTAIRS

Other than my son enjoying some morning sunshine on the balcony, and being urinated on by the dog upstairs, we had a great time. My son was furious, and quite upset by experience. We contacted the management company, who contacted the owner, who in turn contacted the owner of the unit upstairs. We expected to get a call back, in them trying to make the situation right. We NEVER got a call back.

Wonderful ski in, ski out with lots of amenities

This condo was wonderful for our ski vacation! The large windows give you a view straight out to the mountains. Beautiful when covered in snow. Truly ski in, ski out with a lift straight out from condo - easy to get over to Silver Queen lift and Red Lady Lift. After skiing, store your skis in locker instead of lugging them inside, then head to hot tub which is only down a flight of stairs. We loved the boot dryer too! Kitchen had plenty of pans and pots for us to cook our meals. The host/hostess left us a welcome gift which had some items from local businesses. We loved the coffee so much that we bought more when we went into the town of Created Butte, which is an adorable little town with fun shops and restaurants. Our young adult daughters really enjoyed shopping the sweet shops. Can’t say enough good things about this condo in a nice ski resort. The host/hostess have made it comfortable and clean. Thanks so much for sharing your property.

1st Time to CB

Wonderful

We loved this property! First of all, the welcome gift bag filled with goodies from local small businesses was such a lovely touch. Thank you very much to the owners for that. The property manager, Paige, was awesome to work with—super responsive and very friendly. The unit was very clean, well stocked, and beautifully decorated. You also can’t beat the location, just steps from Peachtree lift. We hope to be back soon!
