Overall it was much older looking that the photos online. It needs more maintenance than I can describe. Rusty window latches, shower curtains than can’t prevent water from spreading on your bathroom floor, breakfast area has an old age home feel to it. Staff was beyond excellent though. The competition in town is fierce because those properties are much newer and pristine. Comfort Inn is exceptional and makes this place look like Land of the Lost. It needs an overhaul from Radisson. Shouldn’t have that brand name, it was deceiving to me. Never falling for that again when in Crestview.

This is definitely a “do-it-yourself” property. No housekeeping except every 3 days - we had to take out our own trash, get refills of tp and bath products, etc. from the front desk. Nice, but could use a good deep cleaning. Staff is very nice snd accommodating. Only two chairs by the pool, so basically, one family at a time 🙁. For the price, would expect just a bit more.

Worst

We were booked to stay 5 days and stayed 10 minutes. Had a roach crawling up the wall in the room. Went downstairs to let the front desk know that we would need a refund because they have roaches and she was not surprised nor apologetic she said so you don’t want to stay? Uh I don’t think so. Left and went and stayed at the new Hilton up the road for less than $100 more.

Looking for better

Room was clean, but one bed looked as if someone had laid across it. Only one lamp was working, while floor lamp had no bulb and the desk lamp didn't work. The beds are pretty worn down and you can feel the springs as well; the side edges are wallowed down. The room price is fair but my back can't take the beds again.
