Very clean and comfortable guest house in excellent location in Crieff. Short walk to shops and eating places.

I loved this place. The hosts were so kind and helpful, making a big fuss of my granddaughter and bending over backwards to accommodate us. It’s a beautiful house and stunning area. 10/10

We stayed two nights. Arrival very organised. Room was spotless (and had phone charging points in the right places). Bed very comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and excellent quality. Very friendly. We shall use again.

Lovely, welcoming couple looking after us during our stay. The property was well presented, homely and clean and the breakfast was delicious

Duncan was very friendly and accommodating. He was propt with responses to emails and arranged an early check in. Our room was comfortable and had a wonderful view of the back garden.
Leven House is less than 5 minutes from the town square. Duncan was very knowledgeable about the area and had good recommendations.
