Wunderschöne Aussicht in kleiner Wohnung

Eine schöne, kleine Ferienwohnung, optimal von den Platzverhältnissen ausgestattet. Sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Aussicht über den großen Balkon ist traumhaft, ein direkter Zugang zur angrenzenden Bucht ist möglich. Ausstattung war gut, aber Achtung: lediglich ein Minibackofen vorhanden. Sonst alles bestens, Bad bzw.- Dusche ist allerdings sehr sehr klein

Fantastisch uitzicht op zee

Het appartement heeft een ruim balkon met een fantastisch uitzicht op zee. De afstand tot de zee is 70 m. Leuk strandje. Geen voorzieningen maar dat vinden wij juist fijn. De eigenaren wonen beneden. Ze zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het appartement is netjes en goed uitgerust. Het is wel klein. Vooral de tweede slaapkamer.

Kvarner Bucht mit toller Aussicht

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub ... in Jadranovo. Die Wohnung war so wie beschrieben. Toller Ausblick vom grossen Balkon aufs Meer. Direkter Zugang vom Grundstück über 60 Stufen zum Wasser. Küchennische hatte alles was man braucht. Das Bad war etwas klein, aber ok. Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus. Internet funktioniert ebenso wie die Klimaanlage. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Erholung pur am Meer

Wir haben hier zwei sehr erholsame Wochen im August am Meer verbracht. Highlights waren : - der Balkon mit super Ausblick - eine sehr ruhige Lage - der kurze Fußweg úber Stufen zur kleinen Badebucht Die Wohnung hatte alles zu bieten, was man so braucht. Hervorzuheben ist die gute Küchenausstattung und eine super Klimaanlage. Die Vermieterin wohnte unten im Haus und war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Im Ort kann man sich gut fußläufig im kleinen Konzum versorgen. Abends im Restaurant Klostar!

Widok wart miliony

Apartament ma fantastyczny taras z pięknym widokiem i tam spędzaliśmy większość czasu. Klimatyzacja jest sprawna, a kuchnia mimo że mała to bardzo sprytnie urządzona. Zejście na plaże jest bardzo malownicze, a w tym sezonie było tam pustawo :). Jeżeli chodzi o wady, to łazienka powinna zostać wyremontowana, wieczorami przy drzwiach wejściowych czuć było zapach szamba. Po posesji kręcił się też szczur, który wszedł nam też w nocy do apartamentu - sygnalizowaliśmy problem właścicielom.

Der nahe Strand ist super! Loh...

Der nahe Strand ist super! Lohnend auch der Strand bei Kajak.Die Wohnung ist nach unseren Bedürfnissen für 2 Personen super!Außendusche und Grill zur gemeinsamen Nutzung scheint uns nicht realistisch, wir haben es aber auch nicht gebraucht und nicht nachgefragt Reisetipps: Lungomare von Lovran aus gehen (Ausflug, 45 min Autofahrt),Baska, Insel Krk 45 min, der Markt in Crikvenica (Obst, Gemüse, Fische, Souvenire, Weine ...) etwas versteckt an Zentrum, aber sehr groß!Plodine, KonzumWir haben verschiedene Zugänge zum Meer und zu den Stränden in naher Umgebung erkundet, der Zugang vom Haus aus war dennoch der beste, die anderen Zugänge schöne Abwechslungen

Lage am Wasser sehr schön

Die Lage am Wasser war sehr schön. Auch ein Supermarkt ist fussläufig erreichbar. Empfehlen würde ich hier das Nachrüsten einer Klimaanlage. Unsere zweite Woche war, normal für diese Zeit, sehr heiss und wir haben nachts nicht gut schlafen können. Der grosse Balkon ist Top. Den haben wir sehr genossen! Rundum ein sehr schöner Urlaub.
