Upon entering, you are welcomed into a bright living and dining room furnished in a modern style, which includes 1 double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 180 cm in length, making it suitable for additional guests. This communal space opens directly onto a private balcony of 8 m2, providing a pleasant outdoor extension of the living area equipped with terrace furniture. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, offering a comfortable and spacious sleeping arrangement. The second bedroom is fitted with 2 bunk beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, making it an ideal space for younger guests or additional occupants. The kitchen is open plan and fully equipped for self-catering. The bathroom consists of a shower and WC, and the apartment also benefits from a separate, additional WC.
