The five-star holiday home is situated in a quiet, popular location with a fantastic view of the sea and Kvarner Bay. The villa is far away from the hustle and bustle of the city and yet centrally located, about 600 metres from the famous sandy beach Crni Molo.

The tastefully and high-quality furnished holiday accommodation has a living space of approx. 400 m², divided over two fully heated and air-conditioned floors. The spacious living room, furnished with hardwood oak parquet flooring and bright, large French doors to the terraces, leads directly into the fully equipped kitchen with adjoining dining area for up to eight people and the pool area with pool house and barbecue area. All four bedrooms have wooden parquet flooring and offer comfortable box-spring beds (1.80 m wide) for a good night's sleep and modern smart TVs for relaxing evening entertainment. The bedrooms each have an en suite bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower, double washbasin, hairdryer and toilet. The two main bedrooms, the master bedrooms, are also equipped with a walk-in wardrobe and the bathrooms are fitted with showers as well as bathtubs. While three of the four bedrooms are located on the ground floor, the fourth is on the first floor and, like the lower bedrooms, benefits from the impressive panoramic sea view. A washing machine for free use completes the facilities of this luxurious holiday accommodation. A travel cot and high chair can be booked in advance at no extra charge.

The bedrooms have either an accessible furnished balcony or a French balcony. In the fully enclosed outdoor area of the approx. 1200 m² property, you will find a well-tended garden and a luxury terrace with various seating and sunbathing areas, some of which are covered. Cool off in the refreshing waters of the bright blue Infiniti swimming pool, which offers a fantastic view of Crikvenica and the Kvarner Bay. Afterwards, you can dry off in the sun on the sun loungers or read a good book with the sunshade extended. one of the highlights is the pool house, pool lounge with a fantastic sea view over the heated infinity pool. The property also offers a large double garage and two outdoor parking spaces for a total of four cars. Pets are not permitted.
