The kitchen was well equipped with crockery, utensils, good size fridge and full oven. The full bottle of milk was a nice touch. Cooking basics like olive oil would have been helpful as we did a lot of meals in. Location to the river and trails was about 1.5kms either direction. The location was quiet with great views of the mountains. Close to local Cromwell attractions and wineries.

The Barn is lovely. It is a great size and can sleep up to 6 people. The kitchen has everything you need and it is handy to have a washing machine, although we didn’t use it. There didn't seem to be any wifi, but that didn't worry us, as wanted a holiday away from computers. We really enjoyed the quiet scenic location, yet only a short drive from Cromwell town.

This is our second stay at the barn and we absolutely love it there in a central location in the heart of Central Otago. It's a practical location for a go between of you looking for a base to commute between Wanaka and queenstown and enjoy the beauty of cromwell and Central lots of activities to do in and around this area. There are great rooms providing availability for 6 occupants without additional bedding we were 7. And brought our daughters portacot. Aged between actually she just had her 2nd birthday while we were there up to 16 years of age. Highly recommend and well looked after washing machine cooking facilities, it's just like having a home away from home.
