There are 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms.

- 1 ground-floor bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower room
- 1 upstairs bedroom with double bed
- 2 upstairs bedrooms with 2 double beds each

Garage and garden shed for storing your surfboards and bikes, for example.

Secure entrance and ample parking space in the courtyard.
