I was not overly impressed. It was clean and safe, but nothing special. We were never able to get hot water in the bathroom sink. The shower door stuck along the bottom. The breakfast was pretty basic.

Well first of all we were told the elevator was out of order. The clerk said there were no rooms on first or second floor. Hard to believe. The coffee was terrible. It looked like dishwater. The breakfast was very limited and Terrible.

We were pleasantly surprised at the amenities in our room. Microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer and seating area with super reading lights. 1st class breakfast. Beds and pillows were so comfy we didn’t want to get up.

Our room smelled like wet dog and the couch was full of hair. Apparently, people are allowed to bring their pets. There was also poop smeared on the baseboard in the bathroom. Children were loud in the morning and breakfast items ran out fast and not replenished. Thankfully we did not need to spend much time there.

Horrible stay!

Came in and found other people’s clothes had been left in the closet and then found a cockroach brought it to the front desk. Was told there was nothing they could do because we paid through a 3rd party. Then was sent to another room where there were fans and dehumidifier running and smelt like mold. Informed the front desk and told them we would stay put but to please let us know if another room opened up. Never was informed and then the front desk asked US if we had moved rooms and when we told them no they said well they no longer had any more rooms available for the day.

I like that this hotel is in an area that everything is in walking distant. Example fast food establishment, stores, Walmart etc. I love that the housekeeper was very pleasant and happy, she gave you the items you asked for with a smile. The room was not too bad, and the entire staff was pleasant even though some seems to be mean looking. Did not like that no one was at the front desk early in the morning, anything can walk in and do as they please, so keep your door locked at all times. Front desk clerk eventually came out after a period of time.

Old carpet in the room, smells like …, and it’s not just one room. I asked the remove us to another room, but same problem. Also I stuck in the elevator. The motor become so loud that I even didn’t hear anything. So, everything old. Don’t think about breakfast, there is not anything like that,

We stay here every time we visit family near by. This stay we were sadly here for a funeral and they were extremely accommodating with our extension of dates. Room is always super clean and comfortable and front desk staff very pleasant and kind.

Great!

I gas just stayed at a disappointing property for 3 nights before arriving at the Comfort Inn. What a delightful change. The property is clean and truly comfortable. Had noisy neighbors on my floor, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Comfort Inn will be my new go-to hotel.
