The living space & kitchen areas are truly magnificent. An open concept with high ceilings, ceiling fans and energy-efficient glass doors that slide into the walls, giving unobstructed access to the exterior living space.
The kitchen is chef-ready, complete with energy-efficient stainless appliances, top-of-the-line cookware, artisan made dinnerware, sommelier approved glassware, and a countertop seating for 4 people.

CHECKING IN + OUT
Our designated check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am â local time.
Due to the size of the home, it takes a fair amount of time to perform the enhanced cleaning protocols that our professional crew has in place.
And we sincerely appreciate that all guests leave the home in a âLeave No Traceâ state and to make sure they respect and adhere to the check in & out times.

This home is very special to us. Although we do not require guests to perform a âdeepâ clean, out of mutual respect, we do require that guests leave the home as tidy as possible, with all garbage, recycling, and compost being properly disposed of. Also, all cookware must be cleaned and stored back to its original place, with all used dinnerware and glassware placed in the dishwasher. All furniture, linens, and towels must also be put back in their original place.
