The Space:

A cosy, compact cottage (about 50 m²) on one level, ideal for a couple or a couple with a child.



Bedroom 1: 135 cm double bed and wardrobe. Bedroom 2: single bed with a small desk. Bathroom with bathtub and shower screen.



Living room with sofa, TV and dining table for 4, opening onto the kitchen: fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle and coffee maker.



Garden: a private lawn with sun loungers, a hanging chair, a dining table under a parasol, a barbecue and a small front patio with sofas. The main bedroom window looks over the fields to the Cantabrian Sea.



Heating throughout and WiFi. Free parking next to the house.



Guest Access:

The whole cottage and its garden are yours: two bedrooms, bathroom, living room, kitchen, patio and lawn with barbecue. Free parking beside the house.



The Neighborhood:

El Rellayo is a tiny hamlet in the council of Cudillero, surrounded by meadows and a 10-minute drive from the fishing village itself, with its harbour, seafood restaurants and the Garita viewpoint. Beaches: Aguilar and San Pedro de la Ribera about 15 minutes, the Silencio beach 20 minutes. Cabo Vidio lighthouse 15 minutes. Supermarkets in Cudillero and Soto del Barco (10-15 min). Oviedo 45 minutes, Gijón 55, Asturias airport 20.



Getting Around:

A car is needed: the hamlet has no regular public transport. Free parking right beside the house. Asturias Airport (OVD) is about 20 minutes, Oviedo 45 minutes by the A-8/A-63.

Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00.



Capacity is 3 people (double bed + single bed); there is no sofa bed. The house is small and cosy, perfect for a couple. No smoking indoors. Please respect the peace of the hamlet, especially in the evening.
