Positioned between Swan Lake and the ocean, this charming two bedroom bungalow is the perfect retreat for a relaxing break in the quiet and peaceful suburb of Cudmirrah.

With two double bedrooms, two separate living spaces, a fully fitted kitchen, family bathroom and additional laundry room, the outdoor deck has recently been refurbished to provide the ideal outdoor entertaining space.

Ideal for friends who want to get away from the city for the weekend or those with small families.
The space
The house has two bedrooms, a large open plan living room and a separate lounge room. One main bathroom with toilet and a separate toilet in the laundry. Guests have access to a washing machine and dryer for their stay and there is a cloths line located toward the back of the property.
Other things to note
All bedding, sheets and bath towels are supplied and the house is kept to a very high standard of cleanliness. A recently installed deck at the rear of the home with a gas BBQ and seating area is the ideal place to take in the beauty of the surrounding flora and fauna. The house has regular visitors with kangaroos, Blue Mountain and King Parrots and Wallabies. The house has fibre wifi for guest use within unlimited data and a smart TV for streaming your favourite shows.
