The place was very nice great area .Close to park and places to eat. The staff was great the breakfast was served individually by a very nice young man the front desk workers were great.The only thing I would suggest up grading tv and tv mount plus more hooks to hang things in bathroom and inside room.One more things shelves in bathroom for towels and or toiletries,Would recommend to anyone going to Cuenca

I loved everything about the hotel. First of all it’s very beautiful and cozy. The care and attention of Eder and Erica to the guests were exceptional 😃 I liked the walking distance to many attractions. It’s very clean and maintained.
