Elegant & bright Apartment with pool - 5 min from Grand Case and Orient Bay

Please note that the price set is for 1 bedroom 1 or 2 pers. If you wish to have access to the second bedroom please check 3 or 4 guests . Thank you. The apartment Aqua is luminous, quiet and elegant. It features beautiful furniture, and well equipped open kitchen. The big glass windows allow the place to be luminous all day long. We love the Bed & Philosophy sofa to enjoy a cup of tea or just to chill.
Each room and the living room has its own air-condition unit. The bed linens come from Carré Blanc.
The apartment is located in a quiet residential neighborhood but still 5 min drive from the famous Orient Bay and local quarter Grand Case.
The residence is safe with 2 gates to drive in and out.

We provide basic necessities for your arrival : shower gel, shampoo, bottle of water, coffee, sugar, olive oil salt and pepper...

For a stay less than 10 days: bath and beach towels are provided for each guest as well bed linen. Cleaning service is not included during your stay.

For a stay of 10 days or more: bath and beach towels are provided for each guest as well bed linen. Then we will pass once a week to replace them and as well do a cleaning passage charged at the time of your rental (60 euros/2 hrs, laundry included)

A short time in St Martin

I love longer holidays and the 9 days my son and I stayed at Cul de Sac were perfect. The apartment was perfect clean and so elegant. Natalie, the onsite manager, was super helpful and helped us sort out our new environment. I look forward to another visit. it was the best vacation
